Good hotel with free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and helpful staff. They assisted my elderly parents during our first stay, which I remember fondly. I recommend it for a cozy stay. I'll be back for Christmas!

the location is amazin! just a few mins walk to paddington station, which makes it super easy to get around london. the room was clean and comfy enough for a budget hotel and staff was really friendly n helpful. plus, there's plenty of places to eat nearby, which is a plus. overall, it does the job for a place to crash after a long day of sightseeing.

but the bathroom was super tiny and the shower barely fit me. also, the carpet had stains, which was kinda gross.

I was pleasantly surprised by how friendly the staff were, especially that Natalia at the front desk. She was just so kind and helpful, made the stay seem a lot less grim, you know. And I found the location to be a goldmine. just a few minutes walk to the subway and all kinds of shops everywhere.

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but still acceptable for what you get.
